1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available based on the following cancellation schedule:

• 2+ days before: 50% refund of the room cost
• 1 day before: 25% refund of the room cost
• Same day: No refund

Note: Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Cancellation Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at booking@windsorgardens.co.in or call us at +91 9444377705 with your reservation details and cancellation request.
2. Confirmation: Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method.

3. Timing of Refunds

Once your cancellation is confirmed, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

If you do not check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation, you will forfeit the full amount of your reservation.

6. Event Bookings

For event venue bookings (Banquet Hall, Full Campus, Open Lawn), please contact our team for specific cancellation terms as these may vary based on the event type and booking value.

7. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control, we will work with guests on a case-by-case basis to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements.
